Shipping Boxed Medications:
1. Login to Profill > Warehouse > Shipping
2. Scan the barcode on the patient label
3. Add butcher paper to a box
- Shipments should be made using the smallest box that is able to contain the medications included in the order
4. Place medication in the box and wrap the medication box in the butcher paper
5. Add paperwork to the box on top of medication and packing paper
6. Fold the flaps on the box and tape the box closed using the packing tape at the shipping terminal by wrapping the circumference of the package
7. Change the shipping method to match the containment type
- Dropdown will auto populate with whatever the last shipping method used
- Example: Change from envelope to small box in the dropdown menu
8. Weigh the box using the scale at the shipping terminal
- Need to change the shipping method to match the containment type. (eg. Change from envelope to small box in the dropdown menu)
- IMPORTANT: The dropdown menu will auto populate with whatever the last shipping method used
9. While box is being weighed press “Create Shipment” on the bottom right hand side of the shipping screen
10. Pressing “Create Shipment” will cause a shipping label to print
- IF the order is being sent via Expresspost two labels will print, be sure to attach both labels to the shipment box
- IMPORTANT: Ensure the type of shipment matches with the shipment directions (eg. Order should ship with the Small Box)
11. Add the bubble mailer envelope containing the product and corresponding paperwork to the collection bin at the shipping terminal
12. Once the bins are full or any AeroSafe shipments have been completed for the day, add the content of the collection bin to the Canada Post Mono (cage) at the shipping and receiving doors
