Shipping Manufacturer Bottles:
1. Login to Profill > Warehouse > Shipping
2. Scan the barcode on the patient label
- Paperwork will print for the order
3. Insert the product(s) in the order into the bottom of the bubble mailer envelope
5. Fold the paperwork, and insert it into the bubble mailer envelope
6. Remove the adhesive cover from the bubble mailer envelope and seal the package
7. Weigh the envelope using the scale at the shipping terminal
8. While envelope is being weighed press “Create Shipment” on the bottom right hand side of the shipping screen
9. Pressing “Create Shipment” will cause a shipping label to print
- IF the order is being sent via Expresspost two labels will print, be sure to attach both labels to the shipment envelope
- IMPORTANT: Ensure the type of shipment matches with the shipment directions (eg. Order should ship with the Small Packet USA Air)
10. Affix shipping label(s) to envelope to be shipped by covering the top fold which sealed the package
11. Add the bubble mailer envelope containing the product and corresponding paperwork to the collection bin at the shipping terminal
12. Once the bins are full or any AeroSafe shipments have been completed for the day, add the contnent of the collection bin to the Canada Post Mono (cage) at the shipping and receiving doors
