Kangaroo Packs - Summer Protocol (May 1st - October 31st) : Customer Service

Small Shipper:

1. Login to Profill > Warehouse > Shipping

2. Scan Product barcode

3. Paperwork will print

4. Put paperwork in silver reflective bubblewrap pouch

5. Place medication box inside silver reflective bubblewrap pouch

6. Insert silver reflective bubblewrap pouch into Kangaroo Pack pouch

7. Insert 1 frozen gel pack (from freezer) on bottom

8. Insert 1 cold gel pack (from cooler) on top

** Ensure gel packs are situated diagonally within the Kangaroo Pack

9. Remove the adhesive cover and seal the Kangaroo Pack

10. Using a needle, CAREFULLY poke both sides of the Kangaroo Pack at the circle with an "X", being sure to not pass the needle through the entire wall of the Kangaroo Pack

** The internal foam layer of the Kangaroo Pack will inflate over time, this may not be instant

11. Weigh Kangaroo Pack

12. While envelope is being weighed press “Create Shipment” (bottom right) > Shipping label will print

13. Affix shipping label to Kangaroo Pouch

** Be careful to not cover the holes poked in the Kangaroo Pack

14. Bring Kangaroo Pack to back cooler until Canada Post pickup time (3:00 pm)

Large Shipper:

1. Login to Profill > Warehouse > Shipping

2. Scan Product barcod
