Warehouse Fridge Storage:
- The warehouse fridge is organized based on type of cold-chain shipping method, and priority of shipment
- AeroSafe priority shipping protocol is required for all products included on this list
IF an order includes a product on the priority shipping protocol list, it should be placed on the bottom shelf
This list includes the most expensive medications which must avoid
- Products listed on the priority shipping protocol list should only be shipped on Mondays and Tuesdays
- Refer to the table in order to accommodate any priority shipping protocol distinctions
Organizing Shipments by Priority:
Bottom Shelf - AeroSafe Priority Shipments (for Monday and Tuesday ONLY)
Middle Shelf - Kangaroo Pack Shipments
Top Shelves - AeroSafe Standard Shipments (no priority protocol)
On Monday and Tuesday:
Any orders found on the priority shelf should be the first AeroSafe shipments of the day.
This supersedes refrigerated items which may be older orders but are not on the priority product list.
- Example: If faced with the decision to ship an Ozempic order made last Wednesday, and a Skirizi order made today (Monday/Tuesday), Skirizi should be shipped as first priority
On Wednesday - Friday:
NO orders found on the bottom priority shelf should be shipped on Wednesdays through Fridays
ONLY Kangaroo Packs (Middle Shelf) and AeroSafe Standard Shipments (top two shelves) should be shipped
