Packing Compliance Packs - Red River Clients (451, Monroe, 432)
1. Print the Order List for the Pharmacy Client.
- Follow the steps for Checking the Order List for Pharmacy Clients
2. Aquire an appropriately sized box to house the order for the pharmacy
3. Collect the patients for a compliance pack
- To avoid punctures to the blister paper, flip the end compliance pack such that the blister paper is facing inward of the 4 packs as demonstrated below:
4. Using a rubber band, bind the month supply of packs as its own distinct unit for the patient
- Dispill Label: Compliance packs in the Dispill style are not bound by rubber bands as the rubber band will cut into the blister pack. Instead, compliance packs with the Dispill label should be added to the shipment box together, and only after all the Qube style compliance packs have been added to the shipment box.
5. Scan the patient barcode for the compliance pack
- This will pull up the shipping menu
6. The field for type of packaging can be anything
7. Shipping method MUST be changed to "Return to Store (Tote)"
8. Click "Create Shipment"
9. Cross off the name of the patient from the packing list
10. Complete this process for each patient
11. Place the patient blister pack into the shipping box until all orders are processed
12. Fill the remaining negative space at the top of the box with butcher paper from the packing station in order to restrict movement inside the box.
13. Tape the box shut
14. Affix a mailing label to each box in the shipment
- IF there are multiple boxes in the shipment, make distinctions on each label which identify the sequence of items in the order (Example: 1/3, 2/3, 3/3)
Packing Compliance Packs - Gardewine Clients (471, Clarkes)
- Processing Gardewine shipments requires additional items and forms for shipping purposes
- Gardewine shipments also require a return address be affixed to the box in the top left corner (like an envelope)

15. Collect two Gardewine forms (one copy for Gardewine, one copy for Providen)
16. Three fields must be entered on both these forms. These are highlighted in the photo below:
- Pieces and type of packages - entered here is the number of boxes used to contain the shipment. Description is pre entered as pharmacy supplies.
- Enter the total weight using the scale - ensure the weight is read in pounds (lb) as the scale defaults to read in kilograms (kg).
- Enter the date of the shipment in the bottom right corner field.
17. Collect Gardewine Barcode Stickers for each box in the shipment, and both Gardewine forms.
- Example: IF the shipment contains 3 packages, the order will require a total of 5 stickers
18. Affix the sticker for each box in the bottom right hand corner of the mailing label on the package.
19. Place the matching label on the Gardewine forms where it reads "Place Pro-Label Here"
20. Ensure the Gardewine Sheets are placed at the back door with the packages to be picked up by Gardewine
