Explanation

There are times where the Central Fill Facility (CFF) will tell you that they don't have brand X or manufacturer Y. When this happens you need to cancel and fill again for the products the CFF has.

You can flag products in Kroll in various ways but sometimes it's simpler to do it in Profill.

A flagged product will not allow you to send the order and let you know with an obvious visual cue that the order is not cleared for sending.

This badge icon and color mean that a local user in the community pharmacy added one or more products in this Delivery Order to the location's local exclusions file.

To manage the exclusions, right click on the badge and open the details window. Then right click on the Rx item and choose to add or remove the drug to/from the exclusions list

You also have the option of clearing the entire list.

This is non volatile. This means Kroll records are not affected at all and the CFF is not affected.

It's merely a tool you can use to catch yourself if you forget the guidance on filling offered by the CFF. You can also use this when staff forget about not sending certain products to central fill. This is a way to catch those scripts.
